Terms of Use

These terms govern the relationship between the Company operating the Platform and the natural or legal persons who register for or use the Platform (“User”). They cover the website, mobile application and all related services.

• Customer/Shipper: A User who creates a listing for cargo to be transported.
• Carrier: A User who bids on listings and provides the transport service.
• Listing: A request containing cargo, route, capacity and delivery details.
• Offer: A price and terms proposal submitted by a Carrier to a listing.

The Platform is an intermediary marketplace bringing together Customers and Carriers. The Company is not a party to the carriage contract and does not provide the transport service itself. The transport relationship is established between the Customer and the Carrier. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of listings and offers.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free and may suspend the service for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

Using the Platform requires creating an account and uploading the required documents. The User warrants that the information provided is accurate and up to date. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity carried out through the account.

Approval takes about 4 hours on average; the Company reserves the right not to approve applications with missing or suspicious documents.

The User agrees to use the Platform in compliance with applicable law and good-faith principles. In particular, the User undertakes to:

• not post misleading, unlawful or false listings/offers,
• hold the authorization documents, vehicle registration and insurance required for transport,
• not infringe the rights of third parties,
• not misuse the Platform or endanger system security.

The Customer publishes a listing; Carriers submit offers. The job is awarded to the Carrier upon the Customer’s approval of an offer. Listing entry, offer, approval and delivery are tracked through the Platform. The parties to the carriage contract are responsible for performance, delay, damage and similar matters.

Creating an account and posting a listing are free. The invoice is issued to the customer and payment is collected from the customer. For non-advance payments, the payment term is reviewed in the app and a price quote is given accordingly. Credit card information is not stored by the Company; payments are processed through independent payment service providers.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from the transport relationship between Users, the content of listings/offers, or the fault of Users. The Company’s liability is in any case limited to the service fee paid to the Platform for the relevant transaction. The Company cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure.

The software, design, trademarks, logo and content of the Platform belong to the Company. The User may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The Company may suspend or terminate the accounts of Users who breach these terms or the law, without prior notice. The User may request closure of their account at any time.

The principles regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the KVKK & Privacy Notice. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read that notice.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to the interpretation and application of these terms. The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
