This Privacy Notice has been prepared by SERAS LOGISTICS FOOD DISTRIBUTION AND STORAGE SERVICES INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“Company”), in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), for the purpose of informing data subjects regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of the digital platform operated by the Company.
